I love October, it's like the changing of the guards.
So to speak..(changing of the season)
To bad what follows..
Is so gloom and doomish...bare trees,wet roads, and total grey Ness. Until the spring..then..everything is new again!
What a psych job via mother nature..

nearing the end of racing season 
Hello October indeed. Once again October has rescued us from the muggy summer heat. I love this time of year the most. I had to work today, then got off and split firewood for a couple hours, exillerating! Pretty soon we'll be deer hunting around here. I am ready!
