Have you by chance,checked the fuel pressure at the rail?...
I think this may have been mentioned before...Quite possibly the battery cables themselves could be corroded.. Causeing your Loss of power/Hard starting Issue.. Just a thought...

Just general pictures i've been putting on facebook, and no buffalo burger. The place we were gonna go to was way to crowded. I will go sometime before i go though.

there was no corrosion or damage at the terminals when I installed the battery, free of the green stuff.
Starter is fine.
Im suspecting a fuel problem. & no I have not tested the pressure at the rail, or even the pump yet. I'm going to change the fuel pressure regulator anyway just for poops & giggles.
