It's awesome loud!!!!! Not 3800 ll raspy loud but it sounds really sweet. I haven't gotten in troube for it yet luckly and the neighbors haven't complained. There is a guy with a big Dodge Ram truck who live a couple of houses down that has quite a loud exhaust on it (louder than mine) so I don't feel so bad LOL!
Evening all, some people at work drove me through the roof, glad to be out and its almost sunday.

I've always found the 3800s to be some of the nicer sounding V6s that I have worked with (only other one comparable IMO is the 4.3L which is another 90* V6). On my 96 Camaro I never had the raspiness even with the aftermarket exhaust. A lot of people always thought I had a V8. I do know the 3.8 and 3.9 Ford V6s sounded terrible with aftermarket mufflers but I'm sure the newer V6s are a much better design in general. The only hint of raspiness on a 3800 that I've ever seen was on a late 4th gen Camaro that was set up with a true dual exhaust. It wasn't even that bad and still sounded decent. But I'll still run a single exhaust into dual tips when I do my RWD build because that still sounds better.
