Really sounds like poor upper management in their hiring practices & operations.

I hope that you can just keep doing your best under the existing conditions & if they don't improve ?, keep looking for another source of income.

I love actually having weekends off, it's nice. although by the time the weekend comes im so tired out from a weeks work i dont want to do anything but laze around lol!

Silver lining in this being at work all weekend is at least they're feeding us.
