Bingo.

Don't get me wrong, I am saddened to hear of his passing but he played off the ideas of others to get where he was then took all the credit. He may not have been greedy in the monetary sense, but his (out of the public eye) morals imo were obscene.

 

He seemed like a great guy, RIP.

 

TNT just showed the movie they made back in the late 90's "Pirates of Silicon Valley" and in the beginning Steve was a real hard A$$ according to the movie. Apple & Microsoft stole from Xerox, Microsoft stole from Apple and the rest was history.

 

It's sad that he passed.

I'm not an apple fan by any means, I don't know much about the guy to talk about it, but I can't stand Apple and their ridiculous prices and products being updated every 6 months, with minimal updates. ie. iphone=ripoff

 

I agree Trewyn, and you left out the computer virus called iTunes. Wasn't a fan but sad to see anyone pass away.

Found this article today, With Time Running Short, Jobs Managed His Farewells - Yahoo! Finance It's got to be a very sad thing knowing you'll probally die soon and having to pick and choose who you'd like tho see for the last time.

 

I don't really have anything to say, I guess he was a pretty smart guy who created a bunch of cool computer related stuff? I saw this tonight and thought it was kinda cool and so did thousands of others because it went "viral" whatever that means.....

 

Wikileaks says he had aids and died from that. Either way the world lost a great inventor
