First thing I noticed was that great blue sky! Nice!

I lived in California most of my life and really miss the west!

Thanks to my buddy Dave for posting the pictures i sent him. Yes We bought a park model home here in Surprise, AZ. Its about 600 sq feet. Enough for the 2 oops 3 of us to live for 4 to 5 months. Its in a RV and Resort home community. This place has everything but a grocery store. . 2 huge pools one heated for those chilly morning. Has a room with 12 pool tables woo working room, computer room, library, post office, Tiki Bar thats gets a lot of use . The Tiki bar is n the center of all these. table & chairs with heaters for those cool nights once the Sun goes down behind the mountains. People here in ths park are so friendly. Thats one of the main reasons we chose this resort. We were not even close to moving in yet. And people came over to greet us and welcome us the the neighborhood. One thing we have to get is a golf cart. Save wear & tear on the Cobalt. We can go any place inside the Sun City area on a golf cart. Plus inside the park would be cool to use it also. Thanks for the kind words on our place. At my age I hate winter. Ihave NO use for it. When I was younger it kept my beer cold!! Now I can afford a fridge . to do that!. As soon as the kitchen cabinets are finished. I ask Dave to post updates. That blue recliner is going to be a thing of the past. As sson as we find one we like. So far we spent over $20,000 including the purchase price. So we have to slow down a bit on the spending. ok it's 4:31 am Saturday morning. Why were up? Thats a long story And after just 2 hrs of sleep. I don't want to get into it right now. Thanks again Dave for your help pal. Next time I;m in Michigan drinks on me Plus if your going out west. Hope to see you in Minn in Aug . Good nite
