Just wondering if anyone else has made any orders from ZZPerformance in the last few weeks and it take a while to process or ship? I understand that the weather hasn't been the greatest up there lately to say the least, but just seeing if anyone else is having the same issue.

 

Well I jus ordered a plog from them last night and its already been shipped today. Hope u get youe item soon

 

ZZP isn't the best with their shipping times/prices.

You may want to make a call and they're hopefully get things moving.

 

Well my order was placed on the 28th, shipped on the 4th, and now while tracking the package its delayed due to weather just outside of Chicago. So hopefully one of these days it'll show up.

 

Yeah I know one of the items i bought took some time to get to me too. That must just be how they are.

 

Is the carrier UPS? If so, good luck. I've been waiting for a package (not from ZZP) since early December that was delayed outside of Chicago due to weather. There has been no update to the tracking info since...

ups has always done me well.... zzp phone service sucks but they do ship and answer emails good for me...... good luck and i hope your package comes soon!

 

Ups I don't like to use cause if I vall ahead of time and tell them leave the package at the ups and ill pick it up the carrier would leave it at the door anyway and twice this happened where my stuff was missing. A bad thing about living in an apartment building. But I had switch the carrier to usps

 

I've caught UPS delivering a "We missed you" notice and the courier did not even have the package. He didn't knock or anything - was just trying to sneak up with the notice that I had to pick the package up. I caught him, but I still had to pick the package up and they do not have a very convenient location in London. I will not accept shipping via UPS anymore
