If nothing was flashing and the school was empty that would make no sense to why he gave you a ticket. For what you said I would fight that ticket for sure plus no matter what that ticket is extremely high.

Well my brothers firm is loving this ticket, they are going to sue the city for profiling since they said there are many bs ticket written to a specific ethnic group of people lately. Mine however tops them off.

Sounds like you should have no problem fighting it. No school zone lights, not even during school hours, 24 in a 25.... Heck he can't say you were speeding and doesn't sound like they can even claim you were grossly under the limit. If that's all that is written on the ticket, sounds to me like the judge will promptly dismiss it, heck might order the cop to some math lessons!!

From what I been told by multiple lawyers now is the judge will send me a letter allowing me the option to dismiss the case before it reaches a court hearing (most ppl will take that option) but I been adviced by every single lawyer to take that case to court, it will work for my benefit financially wise, and from what my brother (traffic and DUI lawyer) is saying if I dismiss the case, he will beat me to death cause this could be the best and easiest case of his entire carrier & it will bring him reputation to that of a king in traffic law. So I'm stuck with this ticket until further notice.

The race card is more for getting away with something on grounds that the accuser doesn't want to be seen as a racist.

This is a good case, glad someone wants to fight on your side to end some nonsense.

Well court date is set for this Monday the 16th, I spoke to my brother (my traffic lawyer in this case) he informed me his entire law firm will be there to represent me and this is not just a 100% guaranteed win but once the judge either finds me not guilty or dismisses the case his law firm is sewing the city... Go figure! Anyways I've talked to the law firm and for me personally if I get the case dismissed or dropped is good enough for me, if they pursue this case on behalf of my name my brother gets the 69% of compiscation on my behalf. (This will improve his status in his career and make him a person of interest in his law firm)
Bottom line is if I and when I do win the case my brother will be the one who receives the compensation award if any but If it exceed $10,000 any amount after that I keep the money. I'll keep this thread updated.
