Default possible medical advise?

i didnt know if anyone on here is a doctor or nurse or in the medical field. but i was working tree service and lifting heavy stuff. my friend on the left decided to become painfull. can anyone suggest anything for help or what can be wrong? dont just say go to the doctor because if i had the money i wouldnt have typed this and would be on my way now... thanks in advance

More than likely it is just a strained muscle.... by friend to the left, do you mean your arm or something else? I don't remember if you use heat or cold to ease a muscle... i'm thinking heat is more "relaxing" so that would be the way to go. One time my leg was cramping bad and my mom had me lick some salt.... call it crazy, but that did work. Did anything strike you. Unless you're in an arm wrestling world championship, you won't break anything (bone wise) pulling something. The only way you should need medical attention for something serious is if something struck your arm though.

It could just be the way you lifted.... or it could be a hernia. Give it until tomorrow and see what happens.

left friend as in one of the boys? i'd say if so probably hernia(dono if that how u spell it, or like my self thought i had it but went to the doc and turned out to be prostititus...

I think what he is trying to saying by his "LEFT FRIEND" is his left " BUDDY"

yeah. its that "BUDDY"..LOL...i dont believe it is a hurniea though, doesnt hurt to cough or tense up my stoumach. i can bend down and lift stuff. just once it gets about 70 lbs or more i can feel it. and just common walking around flares is.

lol, it WAS feeleing better. i used the term "was" because a friend decided to unknowingly cup check me today.... oooh i wanted revenge so bad..lol
