I dunno what kind of photoshop you're using but this task is easily accomplished. Open your main picture (The flags in this case) and than also open the taz photo and erase the background (If your version of photoshop has a background eraser tool you can use that or just use the normal eraser and erase all of the background so that it's transparent behind the taz image or whatever you're working with) . Than just copy the taz image and paste it on the flags and move it to the middle or wherever looks good. Just letting you know for future tasks.
