just wondering are there any celebrations in your town for memorial day tomorrrow?? let us know

i live in pittsburgh, pa in a small borough called Blawnox and every year we have a small parade that comes right past my house on the main road, i will probably be up late tonight and i usually hear it starting up down by the sunoco station. i will watch as i hear all the bells and sirens going by. they usually have a few nice looking cars in it followed by the high school band and then the vets in convertibles followed by the kids who decorate their bikes. it is kinda short but followed by ice cream at the local fire station. i remember as a kid i actually had a girls bike (maybe a hand me down) but my sister and i decorated our bikes and biked in the parade, wow, that was quite a long time ago. man, i'm getting old. hope all of the MCF family will be doing something fun tomorrow and paying respect for all of our troops around the world, thanks for listening, see ye

There usually is nothing going on in the town. Everything is mostly in Wichita Falls or OKC.

 

We have a parade in town. I think they are going to block off a couple of main roads in town too.

 

nothing really goes on here in the small city of mcallen in texas nothing but boring boring boring..... gezz i need to move to a bigger city were if u work this day u get paid more and there is padades and stuff haha
