I consider the car's MAJOR modifications complete, now it's just time to DRIVE! I'll do a few things there and there, but for now, i'm satisfied with how it's come out.

It looks like we have some great cars here. Some rice, some muscle... best of all the worlds it appears!!!!
I just have the Torino pictured in my profile that I restored between April '09 and May '10. I have access to my dads 94 Chevy truck, the '93 Chevy "clunker" truck which I drove to high school until the Monte came around, and my parents '07 Honda Odyssey.

The numbers I've heard for ROUSHs are around high 13 seconds for the quarter mile. I get to 60 in right around 4 seconds and my top speed MUST be more than 155... I have a friend with a stock 07 Stang, and his Texas track top speed was 153 and that was only with a CAI, exhaust and a tune. I don't have access to too many tracks around here or a dyno... I don't have track tires anywho, but all I need to know is that it GOES!

Very nice cars #2726. That Mustang looks pretty sweet and the Civic's low miles are incredible. I understand that the Civic is a good car, but I would like to squeak in a correction if I could It doesn't weigh 1600lbs. It's actually around 2600lbs, unless of course you did a LOT of weight reduction.
Anyways, I wish I had a couple of other toys, but my Monte is my only toy. The wife's car is a 2003 Chevy Malibu. Nothing special, but it's a great car and I love the weight it handles and steers. It's going to be a great family car for when the baby arrives in June.
