The design might be different for the 2000+ Monte, since your w-body is still based on the 1.5 design and ours are the 2.0 suspension

I for sure wouldn't pay that much. Go private party ad buy your own carfax report. People are hard up and will sell cheaper. Dealers think these cars are worth so much, they are when on their lot but bring it back next day and be lucky to get 5k trade in. I wouldn't think it to be worth more than 7. After all it is a 9 year old car with almost 80K miles. Sorry if this disappoints. There are lots of Montes out there for sale. Banks will loan down to 03 at most places. If you are financially set, wait for the right deal-right car. It will appear. Good Luck, but I def wouldn't pay that. If you are set on it, go in and offer them 7K and leave your number. They will keep it and then think it over and counter you back. I got them from 12K to 15.5K trade on my Monte. They need to move cars and some profit is better than none. End of year and month.

Why are the front tires lookn new and the rears arent?
Mine are blue & its never been painted under the hood, this car hant been in a front colision & most dealers replace the drive tires if there wore too bad
