I'd have to stick to Chevy!

I'd probably go with the Camaro. I think the Genesis, as nice as it is just kind of blends in with the crowd. The Camaro will get you noticed.

Have you seen a Genesis Coupe in person yet? I kind of agreed with you until I got behind one in traffic. It does have strong presence, especially for a silver car (probably not my color choice though). I think the front clip is kind of lame, without much character and even a little effeminate. But the think has some wild line and curves and I found the car impossible to ignore.

The more I think about this question the more I lean towards the Genesis Coupe. Its definitely the coolest Hyundai ever. A v6 Camaro seems a little sub-standard. I couldn't handle a lifetime of hearing "Too bad its not a V8". A v6 Genesis is bad ***. But regardless of quick impressions, I haven't driven either car

I hear that all the time with my Monte, and it doesn't bother me one bit. If I owned a V6 Camaro it would be the same choice. If I chose to get the V6, I wouldn't be ashamed.

Hm... I don't hear that.

However RWD and a manual tranny would be nice. lol But due to my midwest living situation I'm good with FWD and an auto, but I do wish it was a 6 speed to save gas.

I guess I kind of speak from experience. I used to own an '83 Firebird. Beautiful car. Looked just like K.I.T.T. Still one of the greatest cars I've owned. But all anyone wanted to discuss about it was the underpowered engine. Mind you, that carbureted 2.8 was a far cry from this Camaro V6. That old engine was a dog. But that what mentally formed me - go big or go home

Camaro, not even a thought to make that decision.

Camaro, most definitely. Hyundai is not synonymous with horsepower in my vocabulary.

Shame on those Monte owners who would rather drive a "Genesis" over the Camaro!
