I WAS able to get into my CP, but not today. I get the same message as the others:
"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."
Consider this as notifying the "administrator", as there is no administrator here.

If this is anything like Invision Power Board, then User groups are giving permissions (Members, Admins, Moderators, etc...). The Admins, or in this case the Tech guys, can decide what groups can and can not have. In this case, the Mods have more permissions then the members do. It can all be fixed by the Admin in the Admin Control Panel.
Like i said, if VBulletin Is anything like IPB, then Admins can give groups permissions like having avatars and photos for sigs and such.

Simple Machines is the same way. I'm the admin on our state association's forum and want to set up a private section that is for dues paying members of the association only and leave the rest open for the general public (will have to have that aproved at the next board meeting ), but it is VERY easy to set up. You can let anyone have any permission or none at all. It's really kinda neat what you can do on the "other" side, LOL.
I actually made it on here on my desktop so fingers crossed that this posts without giving me that dang "security" message, I've seen that message enough in my car to last a lifetime.
