I do prefer Chevies (or at least GM's), but I'm a car guy at heart and appreciate all cars.
I like the new Challenger, and it would definitely be my Mopar of choice right now. But I do believe that it's a little too bulky in spots. I know they wanted to go retro with updated handling. And as we all know, handling in the original muscle cars of the 60's and 70's left much to be desired. But I think they could've put the new challenger on a diet and shed a few pounds. Lighter and less bulky would also mean faster.
I agree with Wayne on the Mustang situation. I've noticed the price issue a while back. It's the reason there are so many `stangs on the road now. Performance at a cheaper price. And the Shelby's are a nice looking car. I saw a Roush Racing customized 2005 Mustang at a local car show last summer. It was an amazing looking street car.
But the problem with the Mustangs is there are WAY too many of them to stand out.
I've been out cruising the last couple days. It's been great weather here. All the hot rods are out now. Saw some great tri-5's. Including a Nomad. But there were at least three times the number of Mustangs on the road as everything else.
Every other car was a Mustang.
I would have to go with the new Camaro though. I like the look better than the others right now.

They will be using the TVS 2300 blower, which as a bolt on will add about 125 HP, but expect to see other mods (WHO MODS THEIR CARS AROUND HERE?) that will put these at the 600-700 HP range like with the Hemi's or the F__d's with blowers. AND, about 300 lbs LIGHTER than the Challengers. AND it all bolts on UNDER the factory hood! Can we say SLEEPER?
Scoggin Dickey appears ready to supply whatever you need to make this happen, as I'm sure many others are, also.
I can't seem to find anything solid on twin turbos on this new street beast, but you KNOW that with the technology out there now, you will be seeing twin turbo, water-meth' injected 2010 Camaros out there before the end of the year! Something like this:

Hennessey is doing up the Camaro also, for about $55k
and they are talking numbers in the 560s bhp.
Plus lingenfelter is offering like 5 packages from 550hp - 800hp, but we are looking at big bucks for that one I'm sure
