Driving Impressions
Lexus did it right by creating a sporty sedan that delivers on its promise of athletic behavior and invigorating action. The IS 300 strives to satisfy enthusiastic drivers who can appreciate a taut suspension and a RWD layout with curve-hugging capabilities. When pushing hard on the gas pedal, the IS 300 is prepared to respond with a level of energy that can come as a surprise. Better yet, the sedan’s athletic maneuvers aren’t accompanied by a decline in ride comfort.

Well behaved in ordinary driving, an IS 300 is ready to be pushed. The E-Shift automatic transmission operates easily and effectively. Flicking neatly between gears, the manual gearbox is among the better choices.

Hi `Josh, I like the Lexus IS, and they have put 2gether
a great package...I like that they are a v6 & RWD...
If it's a maintained one & a clean CarFax it would be a sweet ride....I know it's not a Monte, but it's a whole different animal, but a reliable one : )

Keep searching and find the one that right for you...
Good Luck 4-Sure & let us know what you decide

p.s. If you get a Lexus, you still are required to check in often to the MCF..
It's part of our Membership requirement : ) 4-Sure !!!

There Are only a few foreign manufactures I like and Lexus is one of them.

Also wanted to add that Whatever I get will probably be black. If Im going to switch cars than I want a black one. I think My wheels would look good on that car, as long as they fit, I forget the other bolt pattern on my wheels, not sure what the Lexus has.

Space. If I go through with another vehicle, I will defiantly check is a few times a week, theres more on this site than just Monte Carlos lol.

Well those, and a CTS could fall in the same category. Very nice but repairs will kill. What about an fbody or gto. Both are very nice cars. You could maybe even find a cheap c5 corvette, but then again repairs kill.

Hi `Josh & Member's,
I'm just happy that we have so many choice out there to select from...I think there's a make & model out there for everyone's budget & likes...& it pays to search until you find the right one for you...Take it for as long a test drive that the owner/dealer will permit...

I think the worse thing a buyer can do is buy a car they think they liked, but only to find out a week or so later that you don't like `it...I know there are dealers that have some take backs, but I promise ~> they will charge you 4-Sure..
I've learned their no free rides in `Life...U pay one way or the other....I'm learning to be a Smart Buyer & not get blinded by my desire to have "NOW" WoW...That's all ?

I've enjoyed reading the member's good suggestions, but in the end (?), you have to pay for it, love `it ~>, so I wish you the best in finding your Dream Machine in your Price Range..
Good Luck 4-Sure

So does this mean you are selling your monte, or is that just going to turn into the 2nd car?
