Never again... Jet Performance

Never again... Jet Performance
So I officially will never per purchasing ANYTHING from Jet Performance and Autoanything.com...
Not only will they not pay for the warrany deductable, but autoanything will not even refund me for the product and take it back.
Jet claims the one of the pin connectors is bent, therefore I had a bent pin on my ECM...Funny, because I inspected my old ECM, and none of my pins were bent. Also, Chevy did not notice anything "out of the ordinary" to quote my service advisor. He said sometimes the flash to the ECM just gets wacked out...Gee, I wonder if the chip came defective from Jet in the first place, and thats why it ruined my ECM, maybe one of their holes for the pins to go in was not properly lined up.
So here is the e-mail autoanything sent me yesterday, and below that is my response to them. Yea, they did not even have the courtesy to call me...Oh and I should mention autoanything was supposed to contact me via phone on Tursday of last week. I just got a response via e-mail yesterday.
There E-mail:
Dear Michael,
I received a reply from the manufacture and my supervisor. They state that this part failed inspection and can not be returned. Per the manufacture a pin on the module is damaged. We will not be able to return the part or offer credit for the return. If you have any questions please email or call. Thank you.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions you can contact us at (800) 874-8888 - Monday thru Friday from 6 AM - 5 PM (PST), or via e-mail at customerservice@autoanything.com.
Thank you for choosing AutoAnything. We look forward to serving you and your vehicle for many years to come.

This was my reply e-mail:
Leisele,
That is not the support I was looking for from Autoanything, and I find Jet's "findings" to be untrue. My car was diagnosed by a Chevrolet dealer, and they made ZERO mention of any prongs being bent on my ECM, furthermore, GM covered the entire repair under warranty because they could not tell the Jet Chip was ever installed on it. Therefore I find it hard to believe that I had a bent prong on my ECM, when my Chevy dealer did not find this. They diagnosed the problem as complete ECM failure because the Jet Module completely wiped out the stock programing. And again, Chevy could not even tell a Jet product ruined it, they thought my ECM lost the stock flash programming by fluke. If my ECM had a bent prong, I think Chevy would have noticed that.
I will make sure to NEVER shop at Autoanything, or Jet Performance EVER again if you do nothing to fix this problem. I can not believe you as the supplier, and Jet as the Manufacture do not stand behind the products you sell.
I hope both AutoAnything, and Jet Performance realize that word of mouth marketing is literally your most valuable form of marketing available and cost you nothing. It does not matter how much you spend on marketing, if your customers are not happy, word will get out. So the $257 that you are refusing to refund me, will be more than canceled out by the time I get done sharing the lack of customer service, and lack of product support I have experienced with this purchase.
I am a member of multiple automotive forums, and will be sure to join plenty more just so that I can make every single person I can possibly inform in the Automotive industry well aware of the situation and Autoanythings & Jets lack of support.
I thought that autoanything was a reputable company, and was considering buy some more things from you guys, but if this issue is not resolved, like I said, I will take my business to one of the many other automotive suppliers.
Please have management contact me via phone at 408-***-****.
Thank you,
Michael

Sorry dude that sucks! Won't give you your money back on a defective part that also caused damage to your car and then to add insult to injury they won't even send you the part back??? Hell at least you could open up on it with a .357 to try and make yourself feel better but from what I'm reading is essentially: "Thanks for the donation to autoanything.com"
Note made: avoid Jet and anythingauto.com! Thanks for the heads-up!

That's complete crap man!
They got the faulty unit, AND your money. Of course they're banking on the fact you won't get lawyers involved for "only" $257.
It's a good thing the dealership covered it under warranty. If they didn't, I would've suggested threatening them with some legal action.
If they don't do anything to remedy this situation, then they obviously don't care about their reputation. And in that case, I hope all members considering buying from AutoAnything and Jet Performance read this thread.

They are going to be sending me the chip back...BUT, what good is a ruined chip to me, that already screwed up my car once??? ZERO good to me!
So I had to pay $257 for the chip, that I can basically use the box to wipe my A** with and thats about it...then I paid $200 for my warranty deductable...So $457 pissed away on NOTHING!
If these two companies were decent in any way shape or form, they would AT LEAST refund me the $257 and take the crap part back...that is the absolute LEAST they could do.
