4.3 V6, i'd be concerned about it having no tail lights, probably wouldn't pass a safety inpection if you have those.

We dont have those and ill look into that like fuses bulbs wiring and if the oil is just a seal if its coming from a cracked block i wont buy it but if its as simple as a valve cover ill still buy it thanks everyone for all of your input and advise

not a bad price, it should be decent on fuel with the v6 / 5 speed. try to beat him up on the price over the no taillights issue, you might get it for closer to $700-800.



or save yourself the trouble and buy a ford ranger. lol

Those 4.3 are famous for eating the rear main seal. The bearings become worn and the crank starts moving around. When it does it elongates the rear main seal and it begins to leak. If you detect the leak is from the rear main seal anticipate freshening up the bottom end while you have it apart or the leak will return within a few thousand miles.
