need help with posting time

You have to go into your user cp controls and find the time zone and change it.

Default need help with posting time

Everytime I post The time is 2 hrs head of where i'm at.. How can i change that? Its says all time are GMT. Is that General motors time Right now here in Az its noon. But it will show 2 pm

That's a pretty good trick Amy!

To change the time settings:

Click the 'User CP' tab in the top left corner of the page.
On the left of the page that appears look for 'Your Control Panel'
Look down the list until you find the Heading 'Settings & Options'
Under that heading click on the tab labeled 'Edit Options'.
Scroll down the page until you come to the heading 'Date & Time Options'
Look for the label 'Time Zone' and click the arrow in the window beside it to open it
Highlight and click on (GMT -7:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Save Changes' button

The forum sets all new accounts to eastern time zone by default. If you're in another time zone, you need to set it to the correct one yourself.
