Need advice on garage floor tiles
Anyone using these? Brand, your opinions etc would be greatly appreciated. I'm opting for tiles over a permanent coating in case we sell and move eventually and I can then recoup some of the cost of flooring the new (larger I hope!) garage. Did you use any underlayment? Thanks in advance guys!

Why not just epoxy paint the floor, they have colored granite chips to sprinkle on it as you apply the epoxy and it would wear well and look good.it would add to the value of your home too. Why try to remove a floor and take it with you?

You would not require an underlayment if your installing temporary floor tiles. If your trying to bond to the concrete substrate then an underlayment would be highly advisable. Your garage floor more than likely has expansion, control joints cut in it and these areas would create cracks in a permanetly bonded tile.

My thinking on the epoxy is that I wouldn't want something generic - and that would only add to the value if a prospective buyer wanted it. The idea of taking whatever tiles I have is just a cost thing - it would cut the cost of flooring a new garage...
