This is a 1960 Buick Electra this one is a Convertible After Buick decided to make the Electra 225 and drop the Roadmaster name, this is what it looked like 59 or 60 may have been there earliest years. In 64 I think they made the Electra 225 Limited, My Dad had one like this 4dr hardtop in Silver, it was a nice ride. Buicks always had those ports or the front fenders and the more ports the bigger the car.
Funny Story with this ride one Sunday morning we arrived home from Church, the Sunday paper was sitting on the front step, I was going to run and get it, and my Dad thought he would try to beat me to it. Well he didn't quit get it in park before he left the Car and the Drive way had a slight slope into the Garage, We stood at the Step and watch my Mom ride the Car down into the Garage. It hit the Center Post a 6 x6 in the center of the Garage doors. and stopped Later that day we buffed the paint off the Car is one little spot it never dented anything on the Car. The Garage doors needed a bit more work.
I had a Girl friend who really like this car. She would chase me all over inside it. That's back when you went to the Drive In theater. To bad they didn't have tinted windows then.
Fun Stuff..........
