Yep that's just the way I remember her. Also the AMC Hornet in the jump scene I read some where that they actually did that and it worked the first time.

'71 RS that some Starsky & Hutch fan dropped a 454 into and repainted.

At first glance I thought it was the '70 Baldwin Phase III but the paint scheme isn't correct.

Edit: After looking at the side of the car again I realized what I thought was paint on the lower portion of the fender is reflection - SO - I will say it IS '70 Baldwin Phase III

Ok now you are in the right place, The spoiler tells you that it is a late 71 to 73 because it is a stand up style but it is a Baldwin Motion Phase III Camaro SS 454, distinctive markings are the Hood, side stripe, and hood stripes, and the side panel exhaust, I got to drive one once back in he day down the strip. It was bad fast.......... But a beautiful ride. They made an aftermarket item for these cars called a Hono-overdrive so you could have the low gears for the strip and still drive the Hiway. No Automatics in these rides. Nice job way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
