The important thing is you got $15,500 off the price of the `stang. But I don't think they gave you $15,500 for the Monte. I think they did to you, what the dealership did with me.

When I traded in my 99 Grand Am GT for my Monte back in 2007, the salesman told me they would give me $9,000 for my Grand Am. In reality, they gave me $6,000 for my Grand Am and knocked $3,000 off the sticker price of the Monte.

The point is, you got $15,500 off of the price of your Mustang. Doesn't really matter how they did it.

How weird is it to see your Monte online like that? Getting the urge to try to post a message on the ad that you used to own it?

No, not wanting it back. It's all good. Just thought it was funny seeing it. Wondered where it went too. Hopefully a happy home.
