Hey guys, my name is Brian, I just joined, but I've been a Monte Carlo fan for many years. My first car was a 1985 Monte Carlo. I got it when I was 16 (now I'm 31). It was a dark blue with metal flake color. It had T-Tops, bucket seats, with the floor shifter and the stock 4.3 V6 had been changed to a 5.7 (350) V8. I added a SS spoiler on the trunk lid shortly after I got it. Man that car would run. I really miss it.
I got a second Monte Carlo a few years latter. It was an '87 LS model. It was a good car but not as cool as the '85. It was light blue. It didn't have T-Tops. It had a bench seat with colum shifter. The engine was the stock 5.0 (305) V8.
About 3 weeks ago I got my 3rd Monte Carlo. This time it's a white '97 LS model with the 3.1 V6. I've been customizing it. So far I've tinted the windows, installed a CD player and sub woofers, put on ventvisors and add a spoiler to the trunk lid. I'm sure I'll end up doing more to it at some point, but I'm done for now.
I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you guys. I've already learned some stuff from reading the threads on here.
