My Lil girl needs prayers
Sorry I haven't been on in a couple days. Its been a rough week. Two days ago Makayla (my Lil girl) had a bicycle wreck. She didn't seem to be hurt too bad but was complaining about a headache. I didn't think to much about that day. She got up the next morning and just layed around on the couch all day. When I got home from work I ask her about her headache and she said she still had it. I was starting to get a little concerned. When I got up this morning I asked her again, and she still had it so me and my wife decided to take her to the hospital. After all day there the test results come back and she had internal bleeding on the brain. I kind of freaked out. They rushed her to Kosair Children's Hospital and we are still there right now. They ran some more tests on her and come to find out she has a fracture on the right side of her skull and a conclusion on the left. They say she will be ok and I'm thankful for that! If you guys don't mind and believe in prayer would you keep my Lil girl and family in your prayers. I will keep you all updated on her condition. Thank you all.

Big lesson anytime a head injury is involved its best to air on the side of caution and get it checked out especially with a headache. I think they also recommend keeping concussion victims awake for 24 hours because sometimes if they fall asleep they may not wake up. We are all one big family here man I mean it. Anytime someone has a problem we all surround that person with thoughts, love and prayers. Will pray for her and your family man. So glad she will be okay

She is certainly in our prayers, as are you and Mom. Having a little girl myself, I can sort of feel what that must be like. Hoping for a speedy recovery, and good for you for following up with her and catching that things were not OK!
