Sounds like this weekend went well Mike!! I'm really curious what professional body shops will say about the rust damage on the Monte. I hope that it's reasonable to be repaired. I was recently wondering if the uniobody frame damaged a lot by rust, what about the rocker panels (under the ground fx)???

Sounds and looks like you did have a nice weekend. Love those old Camaros. Good luck with the project. Nothing like a good Father / Son project. SHould be fun for both of you.

The convertible is a no go. Upon closer inspection it was missing A LOT. Not worth it for the cost. There was no top and no good frame for the top, that's nearly $5k alone.

Walking away, the search for another continues, and my price point has gone up a little, the search is on
