I’m sorry you are having to deal with idiots who have the mentality of a potato chip. Especially during this hard time in your life. I didn’t see the thread where it began and I’m certainly glad I didn’t. I hate that kind of garbage. I’ll never understand what motivates people to attack and be hateful. What’s the point?
My opinion may not be worth anything but my thoughts on you leaving a site where you are respected and cared for are…..DON’T DO IT!!! If you need to take a break then so be it, but don’t let somebody push you away from what you enjoy because of their own shortcomings. Don’t give them the satisfaction ofpushing you away. If you do that it just empowers them and then they are on to the next soul that they want bully and pretend they are badazzes. They are not worth it.
You have a contingent of loyal family here and they all have your back. That is what family is for.
Keep your chin up and stay strong.

Kudos to Manitcor and SSGirl from MyMonte. I know they do a good job over there to keep things as good as possible and I really respect them for that.

 

yeah... they can't be held accountable for their people, and I'm glad they stepped up to defend themselves. they can't control what their members do here, just like our mods can't control what our members do elsewhere.

 

thing is they dont do a good job there, some of the MANY threads that were created only to bash me had been there for a lonnnnnnnng time, were the most active threads, dozens of members participated in it, and nothing was done about it. i go there defend my car get ragged on by god knows how many members THEN the mods deleted the post after they discovered that i found out about it. and out of all of this i get a pm from the mods fussin cos my sig was too big LOL


so yeah good form on letting us think their doing all that great but i aint buying it 1 bit. and the fact that i saw for my own eyes before it was deleted a thread where the admin manitocor or w/e was bashing my car club personally oh no sir not gonna belive that hype in the least

 

You know, when this originally happened in November 2007, you and I PMed personally and I apoligized to you for missing the ONE thread that was up for a month. I didn't catch it, I am human and I cannot read every thread on the site, some fall through, but as soon as someone alerted me of it, it was removed. I apologized to you and you told me you understood via PM.

The second thread was taken down ONE DAY after it was posted and I was made aware of it. And the third recent thread was pulled TWO DAYS after it was posted. I did not realize he was posting about you, but once that was made clear, the situation was handled and the member (FinkenZ34 has started ALL THREE threads about you on our forum) has been banned from our forums. We do work on a three strikes, you're out policy.
Unfortunately, We can't control what a person does on the internet outside of our site. Yes, they are poor human beings for going to such great lengths to hunt you down and harrass you, but that is beyond our control.

 

For the record we dont delete any threads, they are moved to a holding tank for further review and as a training tool for our mods so I took a look at the threads you are talking about.

there were not MANY threads, there were 3 total. The first was up forfew weeksbefore we caught it and took care of it. The 2nd was up for only a couple days and the 3rd was up for only a day. The first wasa verbal warning to those involved. The 2nd resulted in warns for various members and the 3rd resulted in addational warns. Not to mention the admins of MM apoloiezed for missing the first thread and you accepted the apology and thanked us for doing it. Now you are changing your story? For what? Attention?

It was another member entirely that decided to harass you and he was warned and stopped the activity after we spoke to him. At least to our knowledge.

This last time was the final straw and it wasnt even on MM it was here on this forum. We still banned the offending member for it.

Yes you were told your sig was too big, we have rules on that, just like there are rules here. You dont like them, you dont have to be on the site.

Finally I never dogged your car or the forum. In the very first thread some pics were posted of your car I looked at the pics and asked a simple question:

"Is that wing on backwards?"

I didnt bash or make fun, I asked a simple question. I have no idea what "car club" you are reffering to.At that point the thread had not gotten out of hand and when it did we took care of it.

Yes on MM we have lives and we dont get hardly any money for the site. Both SS Girl and myself work full time (average of50+ hours a week)as well as have a full school course loads. As a result sometimes we dont get the oppertunity to dig into things as much as we like. Our mods do a farily good job but sometimes things slip by. I highly dout any forum is perfect in this manner unless they are paying people to do thier jobs.

Honestly I think you are looking for more sympathy than you deserve at this point. As far as MM is concerend we did what we could, there is nothingg I can do about some people who have nnothing better todo than to find every possible way to harass you. Sadly the only thing we can control are what people do on MM.
