Member's BLOG: Month of January 2015, Check In
Hello Everyone,
Sorry Admin 'Jason about overstepping and creating the Monthly 'blog.
When 'space created the daily blog years ago there were many more active member's that would start it 'if space was working o.t. or away from his puter. He talked 'bout a monthly blog that would run like the staff 'blog & when I was visiting him in the hospital he ask me to check in on the MCF & let him know about everyone.
Something is better then nothing (?) "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" ((?)) I was just trying to help. I've never owned a Monte Carlo (I like them), but ended up being active here because of 'space & some great member's. I've tried to be a good contributor to the MCF over the years.
* Space isn't doing to well, he had some bad reactions to the med's they gave him, plus complications on his second operation. There is another specialist that is seeing him next week & they will be moving him to another hospital. I will update when I know more.
----------------------------------------------------------------
It really does not matter to me if there's a daily-weekly-monthly-yearly 'blog (Let the active members & staff decide) (?)
Oh, is there going to be a Monte of the Year Contest ? sometime ?
Thanks Barbara for your PM, I will let space know when I see him.
* Hi Tadd & member's, wish you & all a great new day>year>'Life.
Peace & Happiness 2 'all from

Mornin' folks!
That is terrible to hear about 'Space SpaceRider. I can't think of someone less deserving of the agony. I want 'Space out there livin' life! Cuz I think he was doin' a good job of doin' it. The ankle injury most certainly makes him seem more human (of which I have never been fully convinced that he is)
I call no foul on a monthly blog thing SpaceRider. I think we have all always been encouraged to contribute whatever we come up with to the MCF - not just staff. The MCF is there for everybody to make it whatever it is - it's sort of magical! All the staff were mere mortal members like you and I once and it was their contributions that alleviated them to the golden staff status they now enjoy. Okay, I'm playin' a bit now - but you get it. It's the peoples that make the forums

Good morning everyone. Sorry to hear about space being in such rough shape. I am at work myself. Slow day so far for me. Can't wait for it to be over. Will be on my last week of break from school. I ask defiantly dreading going back.
Hi 'Zach, Thanks 4 your words. I will let space know. Wish U a Super New Year at college & Life.

Hi 'Brent, We R not sure that Space is human either (lol) 4-Really>Sure >

He's just a super person & my best 'friend.** I think the MCF has a SuperSuper Staff that donates their time to keep the MCF the best on the web. Yes, our Member's are the ones that keep it active. I've belong to many "rice forums" & many are way outa control

I know that life can get in the way for time on any forum, but I've watched Space put a lot of his life in2 the MCF 4>Sure. (No human does that do they ?) 'Space is that way in everything he does in his life.
>Thanks Brent & member's for your time/contributions
The MCF will be what the members make it to 'be. The staff does a lot behind the scene to keep our forum clean & updated. It can be very frustrating & thankless 4 them sometimes/many times
When is the last time that you or a member gave thanks to someone on the staff (?) (Oh, in case I 4-got > Thanks to all our MCF 'Staff)
Latest on 'Space. He is flying to Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Md with his Doc g/f, grandpa & his boss on a company plane. I want to 'go, but our boss gave me an assignment. Bum Tommy is coming back home 2morrow.
Treatments We Offer - Foot & Ankle Institute at Mercy
The expert team of surgeons at The Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction at Mercy offer innovative treatment options for common to complex foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Mark Myerson has been a pioneer in developing treatment options that are now standard for foot and ankle care. Patients from Baltimore and across the nation turn to our foot and ankle surgeons for treatments such as total ankle replacements, ankle transplants, foot reconstruction, and cartilage and tendon repairs and grafts.
'Space is having the above in blue done.* Thanks Mod `David 4 U & your concerns.
I hope that everyone is without 'pains & is just happy 2 'be free 2'be & enjoy their life.
Wish all happiness,
Bum'Mike
Good afternoon everyone, off to starting my day like a herd of turtles lol, just can't quite get up and go. On the positive got the entire basement cleaned this weekend and played a couple rounds of pool on the pool table that the wife has been using as her personal storage space since christmas began lol. It's now raining outside, and we got a couple of inches of snow last night so the roads look nice and slushy so won't be going too far from home today. Oh and the pizza we ordered last night was great, never tried the restaurant before and sadly should have, but.........there french fries were no good, so one mark against them for that, but the pizza made up for things.
BBMike, make sure Space can live vicariously through your adventures until he gets back to being a normal Spaceman living amongst us humans lol
Hope everyone enjoys their day

Good evening EV1!
Mike (SpaceRider):
I'm sure we are all in prayers and thoughts for Space's surgery to go perfect as well as a quick recovery! We know his "Alien" metabolism is obviously stronger than a humans... Space we all need and miss your thoughts/words and kindness! Heres hoping our well wishes, prayers and thoughts are helpful in your time of need with our support!
Thanks for keeping us posted on Space's Health and well being, progress!
We all appreciate you filling in for him and all your contributions to the forum and members! Please pass along our concerns, prayers and well wishes to the others as well. You are all in my prayers... Nightly!
As you all may or maynot know...
I have plans to lower my Monte... I believe this change is well overdue...
Tonight:
We recently finished changing out the front springs..
Boy what a difference! Now... It has a 1.3 inch drop. I'm almost half tempted to leave it like it is! lol I like the "Rake" on the car. It looks kinda old school! (I'm old) lol
However..
I do get to look at it like this till we decide to do the rear end as well. probably next weekend? I believe the overall lowering of it should definitely make it look unique for a 5th Gen!
Of course...
I do have other plans in the works for the Monte as well and hope... to reveal those plans soon!
Have a Great Night EV1!
