well the gfs saturn is gonna cost almost $900 to fix. i guess it is going to the junk yard. it is gonna be a long week of looking for a car/suv she can afford.

I will be putting alot more miles on the monte soon too. when she doesnt have a ride to work i am going to have to give her a ride before i have to go to work.

Is this one a kit car also? Possibly a modded Firebird?

she wants a full size 4door car or suv cus she has 2 dogs that are always in the car.

i asked if she wanted a monte and she told me she definitely didnt want a 2 door car...guess if i find another 5th or 6th gen monte i might have to buy it for a winter car

I have about 4-5 trailblazers that i am looking at for her at the dealerships i detail for and a couple of cars. but we gotta go see what she can be comfortable in since all she has driven in the past 4 years was this saturn.

The Trailblazers are cool looking cars. Around here they don't last long on car lots. Has she considered a Jeep Grand Cherokee? A friend of mine had one for years. Never had any problems, even in winter. But he had off roading tires on it. Never went off roading, but still. Was a cool car.

they usually dont last long here either. if you find a decent one (sometimes is hard cus they are kid carriers) you have to jump on it before it disappears.

Haven't seen very many Grand Cherokees around lately. She would have to get an older style they seem to resale pretty high. My parents have a 97 with 80k miles on it and it has been a great SUV

Evening all, on the very slow road to recovery from this sinus infection/chest cold. Getting ready to chug nyquil and pass out for the night. Kids only have 3 more days of school this week, then we have trainings on friday. Love me a short week.
