interesting skyline, afternoon everyone. Clear day today and quite warm, curently 87 out. My monte's "change oil soon" light came on today which is a load of crap as i havent even gone 3000 miles since my last change. Guess it was never reset
Afternoon All,
Had a fun weekend and even got my car maintenance / yard work done. Spent Saturday afternoon working on one of our old cars - oil / filter change; trans fluid / filter change. Sunday afternoon was yard work day. With the changing weather, we shouldn't have too many more yard maint. days coming. Grass is definitely starting to go dormant.
Went to Big Spring Jam in downtown Huntsville Sat. night. Pretty dismal attendance compared to past years. But they've scaled it back considerably and my guess is that they didn't have a big budget to attract big name bands. We saw Saving Able, Jackyl, Fuel, and Hinder. Jackyl was the surprise of the night. I've never listened to them before so didn't know what to expect. They really play to the crown and have a great time. A good time had by all. The crowds were so low by past standards that I'll be surprised if we see another Big Spring Jam in the future. I hope the city didn't lose their shirt on this one...
