Morning all - it's another gorgeous fall day in St. Louis. Leaves are turning, sun's out and the high will be 75*. I'm having lunch with three old friends and then taking care of the kids. Hope everybody has a good week!

Hope you are feeling better 2day...I really like that El Camino & I'm not sure what engine it has (but it has the flags & my grandfather said it denotes a Big Block) ? He loved his "409", but had to sell it for his fishing boat : ) Wish you a great day!

Morning, everybody!
Off to another wonderful day of working too long, going home too late, and not getting anything accomplished! Going to have a halloween party on Saturday. So, at least I've got something to look forward to this week.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. My wife and I did.
In the morning we helped tear apart the last theater set at our son's high school in preparation for their next play in Dec. Our son has one of the leads in the upcoming show. We're pretty excited!
Then we drove to Lynchburg, TN, for the annual Jack Daniel World Invitational BBQ festival. I didn't realize what big deal it was. Apparently very prestigious in the competition BBQ world. I felt like a dog, drooling due to all the wonderful smells in the air. A good time had by all. Too bad Lynchburg is in a dry county; a little of Jack's finest would have gone nicely with the ribs we had.

Sparky, how far do you live from Lynchburg? (I'm running the mobile version of the site so I can't see locations) I live in Murfreesboro myself. Out of town for training right now. May be headed out of state again shortly after I get home if I do change units and reclass. Seriously considering combat medic. That way I could use that to get my EMT certification and everything.
