Mornin guys. Record heat and some big fires in the area. Then severe weather later in the week for the plains. Just part of life out here. Mother Nature has to do something with the energy in the atmosphere, hence all the weather systems, wind, storms, etc.

I'm also @ work & I'm just waiting for more shipments to arrive...Last one was around 3 a.m. & I'm thankful that I can get online & bug the MCF (lol)..
What time to you get off work 'Taz ? How many days do you get 'off a week ?

What's everyone else doing 2day ? Let us know `OK..

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida -- The Eta Aquarids meteor shower occurs during the nights and predawn mornings from May 4th-6th, 2014. The meteor shower peaks on the night of May 5 into the morning of May 6.
The 2014 Eta Aquarids meteor shower will not be out-shined by the Moon because the Moon sets before the predawn hours in the United States. So the only viewing factor is local cloud cover and artificial lights.
Eta Aquarids are pieces of debris from Halley's Comet Thatcher and will appear to come from a point in the constellation Aquarius.
While not as intense or brilliant as other meteor showers during 2014, the Eta Aquarids are capable of producing about 30 meteors per hour in the Northern Hemisphere.
