Good morning Friends. Working from home as normal. Very likely I will get let go by the end of the year. Our new software will be fully in place by then. Right now they keep me around if they have questions on how the old software works so they can emulate it in the new software.

If I get laid off I should get 6 months severance pay for 17 years of service. After that I can tap in to Soc. Security and my other investments.

I am missing out on all my Grand kids activities right now (I am in MI they are in KS) it's bumming me out.

Really looking forward to retirement. Who knows I may drop by one of you guys and visit? LOL - Already promised Mel that We would get together in New Orleans.

Got to mow the grass today and still working on a friends 2007 Charger this car is a mess replaced the grill have to fix curb rash on the wheels lots of cleaning also going to wipe out several bars of clay. Evening all, on a different route today and for the week. Pretty decent and nothing exciting happened aside from a guy bolting out of his house to scream at me for "speeding" which i wasn't. Thankfully my sup was with me today to handle the guy, but it almost took a call to the cops.

 

Success! Thanks Barbara, the fish were biting. I brought a few home to eat. It was nice to be at the farm today. It's a peaceful place.
