I'm in class waiting for it to start, hopefuly i dont fall asleep again... There were a couple moments on the drive here that would require a change of pants but thats not unusual for a trip to school
yea i am trying to keep the money aspect in mind. i really dont want to jump into something i cant afford. if i paid the asking price it would be about 350 a month on the loan not with utilities

Zach-should be able to get it lower than appraisal price, Especially during these times. Might start at 60K and go from there. Always want to keep amount owed under appraisal value. Good luck. Check all major items such as roof, plumbing, electrical, furnace and Air along with water heater. Also check basement and foundations for signs of water and structural problems.

i am pretty sure it needs re shingled soon. i think it was done in 93. i have a bunch of friends that said they would help me do it myself though so i can save there. i was thinking the same starting at 60k. once i look at it i will have alot better idea though. also has a friend that is a carpet installer so i can have the house done for pretty much free besides the actual carpet

Zach, I hope you can get the house, that would be awesome at your age...... Also, I like that 10/22 you posted last night, pretty sweet. I would love to have one but I just don't have any place for shooting guns these days. No big deal though, any future gun purchase might be a nice 357 and/or a shotgun for home protection, (maybe).

Mike, you ever try your hand a powder coating? I just saw this on Jegs website.... Most likely for beginners, but it looks pretty cool.....

You "broke college kids" crack me up. Wait till later in your lives when you have a house and all the bills to go along with it, a few cars and the biggest expense of all KIDS.lol Then you'll know what broke is.

Mike the countertops look good your parents should love them, The spray gun looks pretty nice too.

chris I seen that powder coat kit too, I wonder if it works good?

I'm feeling pretty broke right about now. Physically, mentally, and financially lol.. Have quite a bit to do tonight but I can't help but think about losing my bike because of someone elses poor driving. Might not ever ride on two wheels in this town again unless it's on the side walk.. I've honestly had too many close calls that I pretty much stopped riding unless it's a short ride around my appartment.

One of the few things that I have paid for is now nearly a total loss. Hoping some new plastics and a few other pieces will do the trick. Didn't think I'd be spending my Spring Break working on a motorcycle that was supposed to be sold tonight. Guy had cash in hand and we had agreed on the price he just didn't have the cash available until today.Oh well, sh** happens. Even after getting new plastics on it I should still come out ahead since I got it for next to nothing.

All of my bad luck is only delaying the mods I want to do to the Monte.. It will probably only be getting a good wash every couple days. No money for mods Glad I'm not seriously injured though. Could have been much worse.

There's my rant for the day I guess
