Evening everyone!
Just to clarify something. My dad came home from his latest stay at the hospital on Friday. But he's been going through a rough time with both, his health, and moving to a new home with me. He's been in his old house for 50+ years. It used to be my grandmother's house. So he lived there as a kid, and bought the house when she passed on. So this move has been very hard for him. But it's just time to move on. The old neighborhood is over-run with crime. And nobody owns their houses anymore. The houses are all rental units now, so you never get to know your neighbors. They move in and out too fast.
This new neighborhood is a more family oriented area, and the houses are younger. Which was also an issue. The old home was 97 years old, and turning into a money pit. I decided with the neighborhood being what it is, it's time to move on to a home that will be more enjoyable.
Plus... (and this is important obviously), my Monte has a garage to protect it for the first time since I've owned it!

& we hope that your father adjust to your new home. I know that it can be a challenge dealing with a older parent or grandparent (especially, if they have medical problems).It's great that you now have a garage for your Monte & we wish you the very best.
