Jerry, I love trying new foods. That's one thing Dad loves about taking me places. He knows I will at least try something and most likely will like it too. Really wish I had some extra money to eat out once a week. There's a really good Mongolian Stir-Fry place here in town. There's also a place that has really good burgers from what I hear that I've been meaning to try. Just haven't had the money.

glad my dad has a electric smoker now. he is always making something.

 

I can make some mean enchiladas, it's just hard finding the sauce that I prefer though so I don't make them very often. My spaghetti sauce is pretty good. Take the storebought stuff and add a few touches of my own. That's what I had earlier today was spaghetti. I think tomorrow will be chimichangas before work. Lunch for me is usually those ramen noodle bowls (not the little .25 cent ones) cause they're easy to heat up. I don't have time to cook much during the week so I usually just have stuff I can heat up quickly.

 

Ill be up tomorrow for dinner than
