Well I got offered one of the jobs I interviewed for. I still have 1 more interview to go on Wed afternoon for another job (this job pays a ton more a year) - so I don't know how to respond to the first guys email. Obviously I will be interested if the 2nd job falls through. So how am I going to put this guy of for a whole week????

 

I like mine aswell, its a real car, not all plasticy inside. Seats are comfy and so on. Couple small issues but otherwise i plan to drive mine forever.

Afternoon guys. Just woke up. I feel a lot better now. 70 outside right now. I'll be wearing shorts to work tonight. Apparently my new phone is STILL sitting in Nashville and isn't out for delivery according to the tracking number. What the heck? It says they moved it to a "local FedEx facility" in Nashville from the destination sort facility last night.

It does say estimated delivery date as Tuesday but it's been 30 miles away since Saturday. Something is wrong with that picture.

I literally waited over a month for this offer - I had to go there 3 different times which was quite a challenge cause I'm working full time - so I'll think of something - if this guy made me wait all this time I can make him wait a week.

 

Well Amy odds are if you take the job offer now, they may not want you to start till next week anyways.

 

I would have to give 2 weeks notice to my current employer anyway - that's gonna suck for her cause she won't have anyone working for her. The project manager quit last week. That's what happens when the owner gets greedy.

 

You can explain that you would like to give 2 weeks at your previous job, and that would give you the time you need :p

Then if the other interview goes well, you just accept that one instead and go for it. You don't owe anyone anything.
