Good morning guys.
We got about 1" of snow overnight - our first accumulating snow of the season. Areas from Saginaw North in the Northern Lower Peninsula got anywhere from 2.5" to 5" of snow.
Yesterday I started up again with the work to finish the basement. I need to finish sanding and mudding then I can get to priming and painting the walls and install new base trim. I also need to reinstall a portion of the drop ceiling I had to remove when I moved the bathroom wall.

Yeah, the basement was finished with a bathroom before I bought the house but there was some drywall repair work that wasn't finished when I bought it and then I had to move one of the bathroom walls which added to the area of repair. There's already tile flooring down but I need to redo the area where the wall was moved - hopefully I can match the existing tile. I'm redoing the base trim to match what I installed on the main level.

Good morning, MCF!
Looks like the bowl committee decided we need to go to Orlando, FL next week... I guess I'll leave the Monte at home and be leavin' on a jet plane for that one.... That's about 900 miles each way for me... Was hoping for something closer...

Should have some interesting matchups here... #6 Michigan vs. #11 Florida State in the Orange Bowl and #15 Western Michigan vs. #8 Wisconsin in the Cotton Bowl. Western Michigan beat Ohio for the MAC Championship and finished a perfect 13-0.
