Space, trust me...there expensive pit falls in life SUCK, but oh well, we just got to look at all the good things in life!

That mug was really cool. I wonder how bongs work in space, or if anyone has found a way to smoke up in orbit. This will be a key element to commercializing space travel.

 

Nope, just mainly camaros, some vettes, a lot of mustangs and that one Plymouth barracuda.

 

I find that most of the car shows around here have a ton of Mustangs. Too many really. A lot of them are stock 2000+ models. I got to the point where unless it's a classic or moded Mustang, I won't even look at it.

I think that's another reason other cars, like our Montes, get more comments from people. Too many 'stangs on the road means people get tired of seeing 'stangs everywhere.

 

good evening, everyone! we had a transformer ( not from the movie, lol) blow up a couple of blocks from the house and catch a tellephone pole on fire, so we had no power from like 1:30 pm till about 6:00 pm, which sucked, i lost what i was trying to post on the mcf, lol. then i went and did my lawn job, and killed the pull - starter on my mower, and out of the 5 dead push - mowers i have sitting here, none were compatable with my running one i really really really hate mondays, lol.

space, that SUCKS about the lightning strike!!! i've always been scared to death of that happening. i am petrified of thunder and lightning. but i am very glad that you and your family are ok and no one was hurt. that had to be pretty scary!!!

montedriver, sorry to hear about the damage to your car!!

ryan, holy crap!! was there damage to any houses or property? that sounds pretty crazy!! glad you are ok and everything is (relatively) back to normal!

space, that video link you posted was HILARIOUS!!! reminds me of my cat when he was a kitten, he was obsessed with my laptop...

i found out today that our new mechanic has a very sweet trans am, late 70's/early 80's, not sure of the year. i pulled up this morning and saw it in the lot and my eyes nearly bugged out of my head. it's maroon and his license plate is "BADBRD" and he has the bird on the hood and all. and it is LOUD. he did a burnout for me when he left for lunch. i think it might be able to take some of our racecars!!!

work was insane today, i am trying to get all the paperwork and stuff done for all the events in the next week and 1/2, all in 2 days...not so easy. i did get to see our old mechanic though, who has become a dear friend of mine of the last couple of years, and it is always good to see him. came home and started packing. i feel like i use my luggage ENTIRELY too much. and i STILL don't know how i'm getting home from michigan. most likely driving . wouldn't be so bad except i'll be driving a pickup truck trailering 3 racecars. not exactly a leisurely drive! i gotta go switch my laundry....
