that really sucks, we need emergency contacts for members of the MCF, if we could prevent such disapperances in this case!! maybe give one of your MCF friends your # and if someone needs to get hold of you he/she could put the word out that we are concerned about a member who is possibly missing! in this case maybe space gives JJ his phone and JJ could follow-up with a call to him and let us all know he is ok, something to think about!!!!

 

Good evening everyone! I guess I have tomorrow off too. I don't think I will get holiday pay though. Got the new O2 sensor installed this afternoon. Now I pray that my car's puter likes the new cat and O2 sensor and won't throw a code.

 

evening, everyone. just had dinner ( food again, huh) before that i removed my battery and was trying to pop out the dent on my fender, i wound up using a peice of firewood to pound the dent out, lol. i got pics, too, its pretty funny but it did the trick.

Chris, i was thinking abuot that earlier. Maybe its something that needs to be discused in the near future.

If i recall, Space was saying something about his job sending him on a trip but not really sure when it was going to happen. Maybe they told him this morning that he had to go. Its a possibility.

I just hope that Space is ok.

JJ it may be sad to say but when i'm not around i really miss this place, jamie lynn seems to be missing a lot lately and i always see her posts and when i never see any i get kinda worried and hope she is ok, kinda goofy but i feel like this is one big family at times, thanks for possibly accepting the suggestion!!

 

jj, the PO put the dent in my fender. been there since i bought it, but it does not show up in pics too well, thank god. if you look real hard at the marker light in my sig pic you can see its pushed in up to the bottem of the fender. not anymore

chris, i gotta agree with ya, this really seems to be one of the closest nit forums on the net, ('cept maby the knitting fourm, lol), and as space says " its a stress free zone". i do not remember who posted the link to the guy who put NOS energy drink into his crotchrocket, but if you read the posts everyone was flipping out on the guy, being REALLY nasty. ok, the guy was stuped, but only 3 or 4 people tryed to help him, everyone else just continually burned the guy, EVEN THE MODS!

if i came on the MCF and said " i accidently tanked the monte up with disel fuel, what should i do?" i would get alot of funny remarks, im sure, but i would get a straight answer, too. not just a bunch of people saying i failed at life and should be euthanized, lol.

i installed it at work. i like it, i just need to figure out if there is a better place to put the wire. it attaches to the cigarette lighter adapter. the one in the front doesn't work (i never did get that replaced), so i have it going to the one in the back. it can also be hard wired, but the electrical side of things scares the crap outta me so cigarette lighter it is for now. i tried taking off the trim ring around the shifter and the boot, but i'm not sure exactly how to get the wire all they way through to come out the backside of the center console, near the lighter socket. (any suggestions?) i didn't have a heck of a lot of time to play with it though, the phone kept ringing and i had to keep running in the office. if it's nice out tomorrow i might fool around with it some more. getting that trim ring back on was a BI*CH!!

i really like it though, i am probably going to go out later on and see what it looks like lit up in the dark. i had it lit up on the way home when it was dusk, and it looked rad even then. very excited!!

 

I am the same way. When i am not home or busy doing something, i am always thinking what could be going on in the forum.

I would say something like...Ryan. Just because you put deisel in your car, it does mean that you are exempt from the tail-pipe sniffer. LOL
