I have a project that im doing that is currently kicking my @$$

I've been working on it all day and nothing is working right... I should have only needed 2 hours to do it start to finish and its taking all day.

It is E & B Paving. Sounds like you worked for a firm that tested others work, correct? I am actually the producer and do probably similar work that you did, or at least some of it. Not really a hard job, but the management team in my dept sucks royally. They all quit bcoz they couldnt stand working for a Bi*ch. Happens to be my cousin and I agree. I went back to college and got my Bachelor degree in Business Management. Grad in 06 but cant find anything to pay near what I am making so still here. Havent been able to move within the company for same reason stated earlier(Bi*ch Boss). Wont let me go. Stuck is where I am. I would enjoy my job under new management, has to happen someday. Enough of my rant....

My area has been hit with bad storms, but we needed the rain. Last week was major fires in our area & now it's bad storms moving in from the Gulf Coast. Power's been on & `off all night
