Brian, I don't believe we have EVER deleted a post like that. Not saying we won't, but this thread is from the heart. We post what we FEEL here. And if this tragic incident was important enough for you to post it here, then it's important to all of us, your MCF family. We ARE proud of our service men and women here. Thank you for sharing about someone we can ALL be proud of. A REAL hero!

 

Wasn't real sure how you all would feel about a "bulk" email being posted, didn't figure that there would be an objection unless someone had proof that it was an urban legend. That's why I felt that it could be deleted if it was deemed to be a hoax that I was unaware of and someone else knew about. However even if that case were not true there are many men and women lying down their lives in service of this country that we just never hear about, or honestly, RARELY even think about. As I said I usually don't even bother forwarding emails because they usually aren't worth the effort, but I got shivers when I read it... matter of fact in my mind everytime I re-read it I can almost hear the Seals slaming their Tridents onto his casket...
