I'm really liking these long days! And its almost daylight at 5:20 when I get to work.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Ahhhh I totally forgot to tell everyone about what happend to me last night...
So I was on my way home from a friends graduation dinner in Palo Alto (its about 40 min north of my house). I was in the middle lane, following about 6 other cars (I was the last car), and I was cruising at about 85 MPH (so was everyone else infront of me). I had my radar detector on, and not a peep out of it, and not a whole lot of traffic (it was 9:30 pm). Well apparently a CHP got on the hwy at one of the on ramps, and me in my tired daze didnt see him. Well by the time I saw him, it was to late, he was already behind me, and the lights were on. I said a few choice words to myself, yanked the radar detector out of the windshield (its not illegal, but I don't think any cop would appreciate it), rolled down my passenger window, and turned off my car. He comes up to the window and says good evening. Then ask if I knew why he pulled me over, I said probably for speeding, he said yep, do you know how fast you were going? I said no, probably about 75? He said, well not exactly, he said you were doing at least 85+ when I first saw you, and a hair over 80 while I was behind you. I said, oh wow, I didnt realize that I apologize sir. He asked if i've ever been arrested, I said no, never. Then took my license, runs it, and comes back. He said, well, you seem like a nice, honest guy, and to be honest, I don't have your speed on radar for an EXACT speed. He said I could write you up for 80+ easily, but I think everyone deserves a break once in a while, so i'm going to give you a free-b. I thanked him, and got back on the road. The whole stop took about 5 min.
So this is proof that there are nice officers out there, and being nice/ respectful to them does pay off.

Also helps when he can't pin your speed to a gun because he was assuming by following.
He was probably just looking / hoping for you to be drunk.
Good morning everyone, very tired here. Hoping the week goes by fast
