Be patient and be prepared to do the security re-learn - did you buy a PCM from ZZP and will you send your original back?

Don't send your PCM back for a least a couple of days and make sure it doesn't throw any idiot lights. Mine did - my air bag light came on and stayed on. I ended up sending my original PCM back to ZZP to be reprogrammed. At least I could still drive the car with their PCM. I still had to do the security re-learn but no error lights came on and Silver and I lived happily ever after LOL!!!!

Cool i read that posting you had about that i will i also have a aftermarket car alarm/ remote start so i am going to take my time with this one and then ship it to them on monday if i have no problems thank you for all of your help !!

Update
installed my new PCM today should I be worried that I did not have to do the security relearn ?? it worked right away I just put my key in and it started on the first try so I drove the car around and shut it off and waited a bit and it started right away again so I let it sit 20min whit the alarm set and still no relearn ??
I guess installed it in 20 min and works great!!
FTW PCM upgrade .. DONE!!
