Wow... the back and fourth banter about snow... I love snow, I used to live in illinois and had a white christmas every year. Now it only snows here in february, then its 60* the next day so I cand seem to enjoy it.
You're not missing anything. Whenever you start missing the winter weather, just stick your head in the freezer for a while. That's pretty much what it's like around here for 6 months of the year. LOL.
