Doh! I didn't notice you're from north of the border! Sorry about that.

BTW... My family and I spent a few summers visiting the 'Canadian Riviera,' Sauble Beach in your Province. Great place! Sadly, we now live too far away and have too many other schedule constraints (darn kids...) for it to happen again anytime soon.

I learned a lot from my Mom about 'cleansing the system' after my Dad was diagnosed with cancer. She totally changed their diet to help improve his immune system. Fresh / organic fruits & veggies, good; fatty animal products, bad. I start every weekday making a big fruit smoothie to take to the office. Mmmmm, good.

I wouldn't say fasting before thanksgiving is unamerican... its just not right, crazy even. My co worker is trying the same diet I am and is getting mad that she's gaining weight and doesn't have any energy. The failing point is that with my diet, you need to take in your body weight in kilograms amount of grams of protein. So if you weigh 150 kilos, then you need 150 grams of protein. She doesn't eat any protein nor drink or take in any protein and wont listen to me tell her she needs it.

I was good friends with the guy for a couple of years, but just got tired of his bull crap, all the ricer talk, he started after we stopped talking. The flowmaster idea came from seeing some for cheap, thinking of changing the sound, and the magnaflows currently on the car aren't my cup of tea. I like them and they sound good, I just only got them because my old mufflers rusted out.

Sparky, im currently running no resonators, if you keep a res, you'll notice a little tone differance, but not so much inside the car. If you want, when I get the flowmasters installed, I can keep the magnaflows and meet with you somewhere and give them to you. Its two racing mufflers with dual flare tips. I painted them both black due to surface rust. Now they aren't rusting.

They actually aren't too loud as of right now with no res, but since I got the bigger piping, they have gotten a little louder.

The camaro tip im talking of is athe old style rectangle, im also considering just a larger version of the stock y pipe dual tip. I like the quad exhaust look on the 5th gen.

Any other opinions? Always look forward to advice and input.

afternoon all. It is cold day here in Central Oregon as Keith said. We only got about 3 inches of snow, but it was enough to have fun in and test the suburban's 4 wheel drive. Hi Mod Mike.

Chris, hope things get better for your mom.

Thanks for the info and offer, Dustin. I'll holler if I can use them, but I'm probably just going to get new ones. I'll be replacing all the pipe from the resonator to mufflers and would rather start with everything new to ensure I'm starting with zero rust.
