Sorry to hear Chris, sounds like a tough decision to make, to move out.
But if it's what's going to keep her in a safer place, go ahead as hard as that may be.

hmm toasted oil pump u may wanna check out those bearings too! it all depends on how it's ran and since it doesn't have a dist it's probably ran off the crank like the saty and is like a trans pump, but would take some work

Put that in writing and give it to her doctor.

Express that you love her and cannot bear any guilt for letting her get hurt.

I've been in the same situation this last year. I worked very hard to convert my mom's assets, get power of attorney, get her state assistance and take care of what few bills she has. A short stay in my home proved that she was not able to care for herself and that I was not able to be a caretaker. When she started saying crazy thing to visiting nurses that may have ended up in me being investigated by senior protection services I documented everything in a letter to her doctor. The letter led to her accepting a nursing home and she is doing much better now.

Kids - don't smoke. It F's up your life.
