I'm here Justin, long day! more snow tomorrow! i had a meeting today and was hoping to get a ride but the PA turnpike interchange sucked! I have a thing called EZ pass and I got on the pike with it but when I was heading off, I said to myself, wow, the EZ pass lane is all screwed up so I just figured I'd pay the cash tool, hmmm, but think about it Chris, you did not get a toll ticket to get on so why would you go through the cash only lane! yeah, stupid me! needless to say I may be hit with the max fee which may be around $10 or so, but I can turn in a form for reimbursement! I made it to the meeting which lasted 5 hours, I bailed after 3 hours though because I needed to get back and get stuff done! I got a 10 year work award which is nothing special, I would have rather had them toss me $100 bucks or something that I could actually use, so that is it, I'm out for the night, see ya Justin and the rest of the forum!

Todd, it's probably a resistor block. It has multiple resistors for the various speeds, and the middle ones are fried. See if they have a heavy duty replacement that's encased in epoxy.
