Morning everyone. Haven't been around here much lately. Busy working on the house to sell it.
I've been thinking about starting a thread showing some of the houses & properties we've been looking at. What ya'll think? We're looking for a house on an acre or more, with a garage & a barn. We need enough yard to fence in for the 3 dogs we have, and storage for 4 cars.

...Good Morning `Wayne,I think it would be fun for member's to see the homes that you are considering, and give their input...My grandfather said it's funny that we end up fixing everything we should have in our homes/car(s) when we prepare to sell : ) ?
How are homes selling in your area ? Florida home sales are really slow
. It seems to be a buyer's market, and not a seller's market here in my area...There are some super deals on homes in today's economic environment...I like the site Zillow.com when searching for a dream home.
Once you connect to the site, you just have to type in the zip code to see all the homes for sale in that area. Plus it contains a lot of information on the homes that are for sale, including what they call the home Zestimate...Check it out..

It's day 2 of the 5 days of warehouse physical inventories!! Any of you supply chain pros know what I'm talking about. Count stuff by hand, write it down. Repeat a few hundred times.

Good Morning Everyone!
Coffee is brewing...I sure hope today I have more energy than yesterday. I felt great yesterday morning, but after lunch time, I was dead. LOL. I went to bed really early though, so I think today should be better!
It was hot yesterday, one of the few hot days of the summer so far, it was in the mid 90's.
